3 ounces gin
1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
4 ounces soda water
Ice
Garnish: lime wedge

Add the gin and lime juice to highball glass and stir.

Fill with ice and top with sparkling water.

The Classic Martinez Cocktail

1 1/2 ounces gin
1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
1/4 ounce Luxardo maraschino liqueur
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Ice
