What is our Barrel Series?

Table & Vine offers a number of spirits that are hand-picked by our staff and bottled exclusively for Table & Vine.
In some cases, our experts have traveled many places to barrel taste the spirit as it’s aging.

Every so often, Table & Vine is presented with an opportunity to select our own barrel of a spirit - usually a whisk(e)y in Bourbon or Scotch form, but it could also be a Tequila, Rum or Gin!

We look for barrels that are true to the core element of the original spirit, but then bring a unique character to the barrel that makes the liquid stand out as something different, but delicious!

This uniqueness could be born from extra aging, positioning in the rickhouse or different wood influences.
