Crafting Romantic Valentine's Day Cocktails

Craft the perfect cocktails to celebrate a day of love.

Love Potion Cocktail

3 ounce Highclere Gin
1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
1 ounce St. Elder Elderflower Liqueur
Cinta Prosecco
Ice

In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice.

Add ice and shake for 10 seconds.

Strain cocktail mixture over ice.

Top with prosecco.

Cupid's Hope Cocktail

1 ounce V-One Vodka
1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
3/4 ounce rosemary syrup
2 ounces pear juice
Ice
Garnish: Rosemary sprig

Combine the vodka, lemon and pear juices and rosemary syrup in a cocktail shaker. Stir gently and pour over ice.

Garnish with a sprig of Rosemary.

Strawberry & Champagne Margarita

Sparkling Wine
1 ounce Tequila
4-5 hulled strawberries (pureed)
1 ounce Triple Sec
1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
Ice
Rim: Crystalized sugar or margarita salt

Combine ingredients into a shaker and shake until well combined.

Rim edge of glass with sugar or salt.

Pour mixture into rimmed glass.

Love On The Rocks

1 ounce Woodford Bourbon
1 ounce Mathilde Creme de Cassis
1/2 ounce Aperol
1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 dashes Fee Bros orange bitters
Cinta Prosecco
Ice
Garnish: Lemon twist

Combine all ingredients over ice and shake.
Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Top with prosecco.

Garnish with a lemon twist.

Chocolate Truffle Cocktail

2 ounces Food Club heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka
1 1/2 ounces chocolate-flavored liqueur
2 tablespoons dark chocolate syrup
1 cup ice
Garnish: Chocolate shavings
3 cherries

In a cocktail shaker, combine cream, vodka, chocolate-flavored liqueur and chocolate syrup. Add ice and shake until blended.

Transfer mixture, including ice, to a blender; blend until smooth. Add more ice to get drink to thick consistency.

Pour into a glass and garnish with chocolate shavings and cherries before serving.

Nonalcoholic version: Replace the amount of alcohol with chocolate milk.

Chocolate & Chill Dessert

1 1/2 ounce Selvarey Chocolate Rum
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Handful of chocolate chips
Garnish: Cherry

Pour rum over ice cream in a bowl.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over the rum covered ice cream.

Garnish with a cherry.
