A refreshing and delicious cocktail made with strawberry and rhubarb syrup, gin, and fresh lemon juice.

Ingredients

1-1/5 oz Gin
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Rhubarb simple syrup
4 Muddled strawberries
Club soda
Ice
Garnish: Lemon Wheel

Directions

Muddle 4 strawberries in a cocktail shaker
Add ice
Pour gin, lemon juice and rhubarb syrup into shaker
Shake until well chilled
Strain over ice into a highball glass
Top with club soda
Garnish with a lemon wheel
