Pomegranate Sparkler Cocktail || Mix It Up! with Table & Vine MA

Light and fruity with  some pop and bubbles, makes this Pomegranate Sparkling a seasonal favorite!

1 ounce vodka
2 ounces Pomegranate juice
¾ ounce simple syrup
¾ ounce lemon juice
4-6 ounces prosecco

Garnish: Pomegranate arils, optional rosemary

Add vodka, pomegranate juice, simple syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Pour over fresh ice into a wine glass.
Top with prosecco.
Garnish with pomegranate arils and a sprig of rosemary.
