National Cocktail Day is March 24th, we’re ready to celebrate, how about you?

Everyone has different preferences, so we’ve looked at some of our favorite cocktails in four categories, choose what you like!

Sweet: Kahlúa White Russian

1.5 oz Kahlúa 
1.5 oz vodka
1.5 oz heavy cream
Ice

Fill a glass with ice.
Add Kahlúa coffee liqueur and vodka.
Finish off with a layer of heavy cream.

Sour: Pineapple Daiquiri

2 oz Plantation 3 Stars pineapple-infused rum
1 oz fresh lime juice,
0.75 oz simple syrup 
Ice
Garnish: Pineapple wedge

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker over ice
Shake & Strain into glass.

Bitter: The Paper Plane

3/4 oz Uncle Nearest 1184 Small Batch Whiskey
3/4 oz Aperol
3/4 oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
3/4 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Ice

Add all ingredients into a shaker over ice.
Shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass.

Strong: The Emerald • A Manhattan that Kissed the Blarney Stone

2 oz Jameson Irish whiskey
1 oz Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
Ice
Garnish: orange peel

Stir all ingredients with ice until cold.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with orange peel.
