Cognac O'Lantern Cocktail || Mix It Up! with Table & Vine

A mix of cognac and orange and a little fizz and garnish turns your cocktail glass into a pumpkin.

1 1/2 ounce cognac
1/2 ounce orange liqueur
2 ounce Big Y orange juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces ginger ale
-- Orange round and lime swath to form a “pumpkin” garnish

Wash hands with soap and water.
Rinse fresh produce.
Add cognac, orange liqueur, orange juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
Pour over fresh ice into a rocks glass and top with ginger ale.
Create a “pumpkin” garnish with a slice of orange and a lime swath as the stem and place in glass.
