Ingredients: • 1 sugar cube• 3 dashes chocolate bitters (We prefer Woodford Reserve Chocolate Bitters)• 1 orange peel• 2 oz bourbon (Order Berkshire Mountain Distillers Bourbon)• Splash of water• Ice • 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish Instructions: • Wash hands with soap and water.• Rinse fresh produce.• In a rocks glass, muddle sugar, chocolate bitters and orange peel.
