Caramel Buttered Rum || Mix It Up! with Table & Vine MA

The Classic Hot Caramel Buttered Rum starts out traditional, with butter, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and rum.

Ingredients:

1 ½ oz spiced or dark rum
1 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Caramel
1 tbsp Unsalted butter
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp ground cloves
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt
Hot water
Garnish: Cinnamon stick

Instructions:

Stir together brown sugar, caramel, unsalted butter, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and salt to form a batter
Add rum
Top with hot water
Stir until batter is dissolved
Garnish with a cinnamon stick
