Ingredients: 3/4 ounce bourbon1 1/2 ounces cream liqueur1 ounce butterscotch schnapps1 1/2 ounces food club heavy cream or dairy-free alternative-- caramel-- toasted pecans-- food club whipped cream, optional garnish Instructions: Wash hands with soap and water. In a cocktail shaker with ice combine bourbon, rumchata, butterscotch schnapps and heavy cream. Shake until well shilled. Rim a coupe glass with caramel and chopped toasted pecans.
